THE AMAZING TEQUILA BROTHERS are Jason Blakely (El Jabone) and Anthony Brennan (Los A-Train). The dual-person-persona emerged like most genius ideas do: Through laziness & desperation. Harken back to October, 2006: The costume decision for a Halloween Party had been left to the last minute. Suddenly! Jason said, "Let's go as luchadors, we can be The Amazing Tequila Brothers!" Anthony replied," Okay. "

THUSLY, A LEGEND WAS BORN.

A hunt for tacky outfits began. The masks had been smuggled in previously from Mexico. A trip to a second-hand clothing store proved fruitful to aquire ugly shirts. Lo, the Tequilas walked, talked and drank. This was proof that if one person wears a strange costume, it's crazy. If 2 people wear the same costume, it's a franchise!

Since that "Amazing" origin, this act (which involves mostly looking odd) has gone on the road to comic conventions, weddings, niche events, more Halloween shows, even far off to the white-sandy shores of glorious Kingston, Ontario.

They currently reside in the GTA and on Facebook. Where will they show up next?!
